Role Summary
Provide financial visibility, operational insight and performance reporting across all areas of the business while partnering with the General Manager and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation & presentation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting
- KPI reporting across Production, Warehouse, Sales and Customer Service
- Labour cost and wage percentage reporting
- Product and customer profitability analysis
- Power BI dashboards and management reporting
- Inventory and stock analysis
- Commercial and operational business partnering
- Project Work for System implementations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including VAT filings and Intrastats & ROS correspondence.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders
- In time Lead and develop finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Experience Required
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified desirable, or QBE
- Manufacturing experience desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- ERP/MRP systems desirable
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Success Measures
Improved reporting, KPI visibility, profitability analysis, operational accountability and support in achieving business profit targets.
Pay: €52,500.00-€60,500.00 per year
