Devoys Hotel are now recruiting experienced Chef de Partie for our new opening in July 2026
This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and the confidence to lead a team when required.
The Role
· Manage your section within the kitchen during service
· Prepare and cook dishes in line with the standards set by the Executive Head Chef
· Supervise, train, and support Commis chefs
· Ensure correct stock rotation and stock control within your section
· Maintain cleaning standards and ensure cleaning schedules are followed
· Have a detailed knowledge of the full menu and dish descriptions
· Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety legislation
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards
The Person
· Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or similar high-quality kitchen
· Strong working knowledge of HACCP
· Solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen processes
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Clear, professional, and effective communication skills

Pay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
