- Manage a designated kitchen section (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Ensure consistent portion control and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Train and supervise junior staff (Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistants).
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth service.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef as required.
