The Role
Field-based role focused on meeting homeowners, conducting structured consultations and converting opportunities into signed deals.
Key Responsibilities
Attend pre-qualified homeowner appointments
Conduct structured in-home consultations
Explain Solar PV systems, SEAI grants and ROI
Capture accurate property data
Present tailored proposals
Close sales and manage follow-up
Maintain CRM records
Coordinate with installation team
Performance Expectations
15+ surveys per week
Consistent conversion performance
Strong pipeline management
What We’re Looking For
2+ years sales experience (B2C preferred)
Strong closing ability
Self-motivated and organised
Comfortable in a field-based role
Full clean driving licence
