Awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, Lottie’s, a modern restaurant in heart of Rathmines, is now seeking an experienced Cocktail bartender to join our restaurant team.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a busy cocktail bar, will be delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
Essential requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a busy cocktail bar
- Permitted to work 15-30 hours per week all year around
- Excellent spoken English
- Available to work evenings/weekends
- Able to work efficiently in a busy service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
