The Role
PE Global are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our client based in Sligo OR Mayo. This is an initial 12-month contract role, hybrid working options.
Job Responsibilities

Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

Manage interview calendars and room bookings (virtual and in-person)

Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-up communications

Prepare interview packs and ensure interviewers have relevant candidate information

Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Act as the main point of contact for candidate scheduling queries

Support onboarding administration for successful candidates
Education & Experience
-
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage confidential information professionally

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Experience using calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
