Expert Property Maintenance is a property repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and new build company that provides a high level of service to property owners in the Dublin area.
We are offering a role for a fully qualified domestic electrician for reactive servicing and maintenance. The successful candidate will mostly be working in private households carrying out a range of jobs from fault diagnoses and repairs, lighting and socket installations and general maintenance as well as working on new build projects from time to time.
Essential requirements:
RECI Certified
Domestic and maintenance experience
Own tools
Safe pass and manual handling certificates
Full Irish driver's license
Ability to work on own initiative and supervise apprentices
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
A high standard of presentation and manners
Customer services oriented
Take pride in ones own work
Keep a tidy work space
