We’re on the lookout for dynamic, food-loving individuals to join our new YO! Sushi kiosk opening in Galway city this June. Whether you're an experienced hospitality pro or someone who simply loves great food and even better vibes – this could be your next big opportunity.

- No experience needed – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
What you’ll be doing:
From mastering our iconic sushi menu to leading an enthusiastic team, you'll learn everything it takes to run a successful kiosk – almost like it's your own business.
- Delivering exceptional food, service, and standards every day.
- Taking ownership of performance in sales, costs, and team development.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, wastage, and food safety checks.
- Ensuring the kiosk is always spotless and ready to impress.
- Coaching and supporting your team to deliver the YO! experience.
- Creating loyal customers through outstanding quality and service.
Available Roles:
- Team Members – €14.15/hour
Job Details:
- Part-time & Full-time roles available
- Hours: 8–32 hours per week
- Shift times: typically 6am–1pm
- Weekend availability required
- Work location: In-person at Tesco Headford Road, Galway City H91 E778
