Cullens Cleaning is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaning Assistant to join our small team and help with cleaning jobs across Donegal, Letterkenny and the Inishowen area.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail and is willing to learn. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Role Details
- Part-time: Approximately 5–20 hours per week
- Immediate start available
- Full training provided
- Uniform provided
- All cleaning equipment and products supplied
- Car not essential, but preferred
- Hours and days may vary depending on bookings and cleaning requirements
Work will include a mix of larger cleaning jobs, such as deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans, as well as Airbnb and holiday-let changeovers.
Main Duties
- Assisting with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans and Airbnb/holiday-let changeovers
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, skirting boards, windowsills and other areas as required
- Preparing properties to a high standard for new occupants or arriving guests
- Changing beds and resetting rooms where required
- Restocking supplies already provided at the property
- Following cleaning checklists and maintaining consistently high standards
- Working efficiently as part of a small team
- Taking care when working in customers' homes and treating properties with respect
- Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or missing items noticed during a clean

Location
Primarily covering Inishowen, Letterkenny and surrounding areas of Donegal.
