Position Details
Mon–Fri: €16.80 per hour
Saturday: €18.48 per hour
Sunday: €22.40 per hour
Week 1: 3 shifts
Week 2: 4 shifts
Shifts are 12 hours
Must be available every second weekend and for bank holidays
One-year fixed term
6-month probationary period

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive overnight care and support to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and requests throughout the night
- Assist with personal care routines, including mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records and complete nightly documentation
- Support a calm, respectful, and homely environment for all residents
- Liaise with Emergency Medical Services if necessary

Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts, every second weekend, and bank holidays
