We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our nursing home, the successful candidate will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment for our residents, families, visitors and staff. The role will provide essential administrative support across the nursing home, working closely with management, finance and HR.

Reception and telephone duties, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and helpful manner.

Meeting and greeting residents, families, visitors and staff in a warm and welcoming manner.

Providing administrative support to the management, finance and human resources departments.

Responding to and assisting with resident, family and visitor queries.

Maintaining accurate records and completing general administrative duties as required.

Assisting with correspondence, filing, data entry and other office administration.

Ensuring the confidentiality and security of resident, staff and company information at all times.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursing home's reception and administrative functions.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team.

Previous experience in a reception, administration or similar customer-facing role.

Experience within a healthcare, nursing home or similar environment would be an advantage.
