Accident Repair Management require enthusiastic customer service personnel to join our team in Bray. This role will require a proactive and customer focussed approach to the management and processing of motor claims handling activities. Previous experience in a customer facing motor damage or customer service role is desirable .
Role – this role must be undertaken in compliance with regulatory rules and codes and will include the following.
1. You will take first notification of loss in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring accurate detail of all information is recorded.
2. You will display an understanding of the claims process in order to reduce claim costs and life cycle.
3. Ability to deliver excellence in customer service to claimants and their authorised representatives.
4. You will have strong organisational, problem solving and communications skills.
5. Ability to deal with customer complaints in a proactive and pragmatic manner.
6. PC literate
Education and Experience
To deliver successfully in this role you will have previous experience in a claim handling environment preferably dealing with motor claims or a strong background in customer service.
You will have strong communication skills both oral and written and the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also contributing to team and company goals.
Requirement to be APA / CIP or QFA qualified
