Sensori is seeking a proactive Mechanical Supervisor to lead on-site mechanical activities at our Dublin location. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of their workload, drives teams to meet deadlines, and maintains high standards for safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate resources including labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.

Lead and supervise a mechanical team to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Drive project delivery by managing schedules, priorities, and on-site workflows.

Enforce safety and quality standards across all site activities.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.

Prepare and submit reports on progress, resource usage, and any site incidents.

Monitor and report project progress against milestones and budgets.

Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Required Experience and Skills

Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or site supervision within mechanical or mechanical/electrical contracting.

Proven track record of coordinating and delivering medium to large projects.

Trade background with relevant qualifications.

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Flexible to travel as project needs require.
