Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team. This is a permanent full‑time (40 hours per week), working within a play‑based, child‑led curriculum.

- Have a genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.
- Be creative, energetic, and confident using their own initiative.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, Tusla regulations, equality and diversity principles, and best practice in early years care.
- Plan and implement a child‑led, emergent curriculum based on individual needs and interests.
- Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and encourage family involvement.
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Be committed to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum FETAC/QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (or Social Care Studies awarded before 2015).
- Higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Own transport is an advantage.
- Work authorisation for Ireland.
