We're currently recruiting a dedicated Lead Kitchen Porter to help ensure the smooth running of operations on a full time basis, At Gather + Gather we are passionate about food, coffee and most of all people.
The role is Monday - Friday with no weekends or bank holidays, we also close for Christmas supporting a healthy work–life balance.
Pay is €15.50 - €16.00 p/h with overtime available for events and progression is something we ensure is available for every employee. We provide uniforms, free laundry and amazing food.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading your team to ensure the kitchen is kept to a high standard of cleanliness
- Following food hygiene, and Health & Safety guidelines in line with training which is provided
- Train and develop Kitchen Porters in proper procedures, safety standards, and work ethic
- Create, manage and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules, ensuring the company cleaning guide is followed as instructed by senior chefs
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods and maintain workflow efficiencyOur ideal Lead Kitchen Porter will:
