Looking for a hard working individual to take up the position of night baker at our wholesale bakery in Newtownmountkennedy, Wicklow. Knowledge of sourdough and slow fermentation an advantage, previous experience desired however all candidates considered. If attitude is right all other training will be provided. Opportunity to learn a skill for life. Typical shift is 6pm to 4am. 4 shifts per week 3 days off . Own transport recommended. Must work well as part of a team.
