We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience. [1]Key Responsibilities
- Section Management: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of your designated section (e.g., sauce, pastry, or larder).
- Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage section ordering, and minimize food wastage.
- Food Safety: Maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety standards across the kitchen area in compliance with HACCP Team
- Minimum 2 years experience
Pay: From €16.00 per hour
