Ad Hoc Nurse / Healthcare Assistant / Phlebotomist – GP Practice (Flexible Thursday Role)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Nurse, Healthcare Assistant, or Phlebotomist to provide ad hoc clinical support within a busy, welcoming GP practice.
The role is primarily one Thursday per month (with some flexibility depending on practice needs) and would typically involve approximately six hours, usually finishing around 3:30 /4 pm. Start times can be flexible (8-9.30) to accommodate the successful applicant’s schedule where possible.
Main duties include:
Phlebotomy (blood tests)
ECG recording
Urine dipstick testing
This position would suit someone looking for a highly flexible role, whether alongside other employment, retirement, family commitments, or portfolio working.
