We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pizza Chef to join our team at a busy wood-fired pizzeria located in Skibbereen , west Cork
You will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to producing authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to the highest standard. Prior experience in pizza-making and use of a wood-fired oven is essential.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen
- Prior pizza and dough-making experience
- Food safety knowledge (HACCP training preferred)
- Must be available to work evenings & weekends, 39 hr week
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Fluent spoken English
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
