The Role
We are currently hiring a full-time Receptionist to play a key role in supporting our operations in our office in Dublin 15.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

First point of contact for all visitors.

Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, taking message, or dealing with simple enquiries.

Providing administrative and clerical tasks such as scanning or printing, etc.

Maintaining Company filing systems, ensuring all documentation is filed in a timely manner.

Arranging meetings, appointments.
-
Adhering to GDPR confidentiality.
-
Providing exceptional administrative and organisational support to the management team.

Assisting with other duties as delegated by the Management Team.
The Candidate:
Required Experience and Competencies:

Some experience working in administration, front house or reception role
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Motivation to achieve positive results and meet deadlines.
-
Excellent telephone manner.
-
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
-
Strong attention to details.
-
Ability to multi-task and act in a confidential manner is a must.

Excellent IT and computer skills - In particular, experience using excel, word and email.

A valid full driver's license and own car to perform an ad hoc duties in the local territory.
