Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor/Property Developer

Our client, a dynamic and growing Main Contractor/Residential Property Developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team delivering housing and apartment developments across Limerick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Your Role will Include:
Manage project costs, budgets, valuations, and cash flow.
Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
Prepare cost reports, variations, and final accounts.
Monitor commercial risks and opportunities.
Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying (residential or building sector preferred)
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or similar
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and procurement practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, focused team
