Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, supporting our team, and contributing to our customer service efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and credit control.
- Assist with job scheduling for Field Service Technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and customer databases.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails etc.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, including accounts and credit control experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Sage is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
