About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced Evening Dining Room Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
Previous restaurant or hotel dining room experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
- Prepare the dining room before service, ensuring tables are set to the highest standard.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure excellent knowledge of menus, daily specials, and allergens.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room throughout service.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues courteously and professionally.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel dining room is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A team player with a flexible approach to work.
- Fluent spoken English.
Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
