Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Technician to join our team in Tullamore.
The Role
As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a key role in the preparation, maintenance, and management of safety equipment used by our customers across Ireland. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is inspected, cleaned, tested, and ready for hire or sale, while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, organised, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, test, and prepare equipment for hire and sale
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Receive and process returned equipment
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Maintain accurate service and inspection records
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
- Support loading and unloading of deliveries when required
- Assist with equipment maintenance and servicing activities
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with PPE, safety equipment, or hire equipment
- Forklift licence
- Experience carrying out equipment inspections or maintenance
- Basic computer skills for stock and record management
