We are seeking skilled and experienced Groundworkers and 360 Excavator Operators to join our expanding team.
Groundworker Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans.
Carry out groundworks including foundations, drainage, and external works.
Install underground pipework, utilities, and services.
Complete concrete works including slabs, foundations, and footpaths.
Carry out deep drainage works and excavation preparation.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high-quality standard.
360 Excavator Operator Responsibilities:
Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on groundworks and civil engineering projects.
Carry out excavation, trenching, drainage, lifting, and site preparation works.
Assist with roadworks, concrete works, foundations, and general civils operations.
Work closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Maintain machinery and report any issues when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in groundworks, civils, or excavation roles.
Strong knowledge of drainage, utilities, foundations, and civil engineering works.
Ability to work from drawings and follow site instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
Required Tickets / Certifications:
Safe Pass certification.
Manual Handling certification.
CSCS 360 Excavator Ticket (where required).
Relevant construction experience and machinery tickets preferred.
Pay: €15.94-€28.59 per hour
