We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Head of Operations to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Problem Solving: Move swiftly to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring we stay agile and on track as we scale.

Customer Success & Satisfaction: Boost customer outcomes by streamlining onboarding, enhancing support experiences, and proactively addressing pain points.

Data-Driven Execution: Track SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, LTV) and turn insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and growth.

Team Empowerment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, set clear objectives, remove roadblocks, and foster a high-performance culture.

Scalable Processes & Tooling: Consolidate, refine, and implement processes, systems, and vendor relationships that underpin efficient, long-term growth.
About You

Experience leading operations in a scaling B2B SaaS environment.
