Your primary responsibility will be to retain existing revenues while driving growth across various product lines, including Connectivity, Cloud, SDWAN, Security, IoT, and SaaS. You'll consistently exceed targets in revenue, contribution margin, and customer satisfaction, actively addressing any issues to convert detractors into promoters. By leveraging your internal network, you'll ensure effective problem resolution and management, leading bid strategies for successful submissions. You'll develop a thorough understanding of the business drivers impacting your customers' industries, using a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the unique value and partnership Vodafone brings. As a strong customer advocate, you'll ensure all internal stakeholders understand the key challenges in the marketplace. You'll build robust relationships with C-suite stakeholders, negotiate and close complex opportunities, and drive both volume-based and large complex deals to closure in a timely manner.
