Carrick Entertainments is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our venue. You'll lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, coordinate events, and help maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations
Lead and support the team
Create staff rotas /invoices /emails
Deliver excellent customer service
Ensure health and safety standards are met
Assist with events and promotions
Handle stock and general administration
What we're looking for:
Previous management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Flexible to work weekends
