Our client delivers end-to-end signage, branding and fit-out solutions across Ireland and the UK, helping transform workplaces, construction sites and commercial environments through smart design, expert delivery and hands-on execution.
From large-scale branding programmes and wayfinding systems to office fit-outs and environmental graphics, no two projects are ever the same.
As the business continues to grow, they’re now looking for an Operations Project Manager to help drive projects from concept right through to installation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing Live Projects From Start to Finish: You’ll oversee multiple signage, branding and fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and installations stay on track from initial planning through to final delivery.
- Coordinating Installations, Production & Logistics: Work closely with suppliers, production teams and fitting crews to keep projects moving efficiently while managing schedules, deliveries and site coordination.
- Building Strong Client Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, solving problems quickly and ensuring a high standard of delivery at every stage.
- Keeping Projects Commercially on Track: Monitor project costs, supplier pricing and margins while balancing quality, timelines and profitability across multiple live projects.
- Solving Problems in Fast-Moving Environments: Whether it’s shifting deadlines, site challenges or last-minute changes, you’ll be trusted to make decisions, adapt quickly and keep projects progressing.
- Supporting Quality & Compliance: Ensure installations and project delivery meet expected quality standards while maintaining strong Health & Safety awareness across sites and operational activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience Within Signage, Fit-Outs or Branding: You’ll ideally come from a signage, branding, fit-out, construction or related project environment where managing moving parts and live delivery is second nature.
- Strong Coordination & Organisation Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced operational role.
- Commercial Awareness: Confidence managing supplier relationships, quotations, project costs and timelines while protecting quality and profitability.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be comfortable dealing directly with clients, suppliers, installers and internal teams while building strong working relationships across projects.
- A Hands-On Mentality: This role suits someone proactive, dependable and solutions-focused who enjoys ownership and getting things done.

Excellent Salary Package
€60,000 – €95,000 DOE
Location
Dublin 4 with regular travel to client sites.
