We are looking for a friendly, reliable , and customer -focused Shop floor/Checkout out assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing excellent customer service , maintaining store standards, and ensuring an efficient checkout experience for our customers. Must have ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide welcoming and helpful experience for all customers
*Assist customers with products enquires and locating products instore.
*Handle customers queries and complaints professionally.
*Promote a positive shopping experience at all times.
*Operate tills accurately and efficiently--
*Ensure queues are managed effectively and customer's are served promptly.
*Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards where applicable'
