Role 1: Store Manager (Full-Time). We are seeking an inspiring, style-conscious leader to take ownership of our busy Duke Street boutique in Dublin. If you have a passion for high-end tailoring, sharp business acumen, and a talent for building lasting client relationships, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your retail career with a growing national brand.
- What You’ll Do: Drive shop performance, lead and mentor store staff, oversee stock control, and maintain our premium visual merchandising standards.
- What We Look For: Previous retail management or supervisor experience, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in menswear styling or suiting.
Role 2: Sales Assistant (Part-Time) We are looking for an energetic, fashion-forward brand ambassador to join our Dublin team part-time. If you love helping people look and feel their absolute best, this role offers an incredible hands-on introduction to premium menswear.
- What You’ll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service, provide styling advice, assist with the Groom’s Room wedding fittings, and handle point-of-sale transactions.
- What We Look For: A friendly, approachable personality, excellent communication skills, a strong eye for fashion, and flexible weekend availability.
