Early Years Educator – Full-Time

About the role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
- Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment for every child
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and their families
- Support children’s learning through play, observation and meaningful experiences
- Plan activities based on the children’s interests and developmental needs
- Work in line with Aistear, Síolta and Little Scholars’ policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, supervision, hygiene and safety
- Complete observations, planning and other required records
- Communicate positively and professionally with parents and colleagues
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

- Hold a minimum QQI Level 5 Major Award in Early Learning and Care, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Genuinely care about children and take pride in your work

- Are willing to learn, accept guidance and contribute ideas

Previous experience in an early years setting is an advantage, but we also welcome applications from newly qualified educators who share our values and are eager to develop.
