As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in hospitality, combined with proven success in sales, business development, and customer acquisition. This role will report directly to the owner while working closely with our in-house Graphic Designer and Photographer to develop engaging content, promotional campaigns, digital advertising across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead annual marketing plans and promotional calendars across all venues.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to ensure the business remains competitive and innovative.
Sales Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase venue bookings, private events, group reservations, and corporate hospitality business.
- Collaborate closely with venue managers and event teams to maximize revenue opportunities across all departments.
- Create promotional packages and seasonal offers that increase customer spend and occupancy.
Corporate Partnerships & Business Networking
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, tourism partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Actively network within the local business community to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop targeted campaigns aimed at securing corporate events, functions, and group bookings.
Analytics & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance, optimizing for open rates, click-through rates, and revenue generation.
- Produce regular reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, lead generation, bookings, customer acquisition, and digital engagement.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for growth.
Customer Engagement & Online Reputation
- Build and engage online communities through social media platforms and digital channels.
- Respond professionally to customer reviews, feedback, and online enquiries.
- Develop interactive campaigns, competitions, and promotional activities that increase engagement and customer loyalty.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing, sales, or commercial marketing role. Preferably within the Hospitality Industry.
- Strong sales and marketing development skills with a proven track record of generating revenue and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience managing Advertising Campaigns, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Email Marketing, and Website content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full driving licence (preferred).

Pay: €28,000.00-€44,000.00 per year
