Our client, a well-established construction and building materials supplier, is currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
Process and input customer invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
Allocate incoming payments and reconcile against customer remittances.
Match purchase invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets.
Reconcile supplier statements, resolve any discrepancies, and prepare payment runs.
Support month-end reporting processes and financial admin tasks.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
Carry out general administrative duties related to the accounts function.
