About the Role
As a Client Services Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers, delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple communication channels.
You'll take ownership of enquiries from start to finish, ensuring customers receive timely updates, effective solutions, and outstanding service at every stage of their journey.
No two days are the same. You'll work closely with operational teams, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues, manage expectations, and continuously improve the customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client and supplier enquiries.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Managing customer enquiries through to resolution, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Investigating and resolving operational escalations efficiently and professionally.
- Ensuring client service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
