About Masa
Masa is a Mexican taqueria with two busy restaurants in Dublin city centre — fresh corn tortillas made in-house daily, and a proper margarita.
The Role
You'll look after guests on the floor: welcoming and seating, guiding people through the menu, taking orders accurately, and keeping your section running smoothly through busy services. You'll work closely with the bar and kitchen, handle any guest issues calmly, and help with setup and close-down. Full menu and allergen training provided.
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or bar is required
- Experience in a busy Dublin restaurant is a bonus
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking to guests
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
- Right to work in Ireland
What We Offer
- €14.15/hr plus tips — tips typically add €5–9/hr, depending on shifts. On average this is 7 euro per hour
