The Role
As a Concrete Site Agent, you will play a key role in the successful planning, coordination and delivery of concrete works on a civil engineering industrial project in Co. Wexford.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating concrete site operations.
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and concrete work packages.
- Planning and coordinating concrete pours, sequencing, resources and programme requirements.
- Supporting quality control, inspections, testing requirements and documentation for concrete works.
- Monitoring productivity, workmanship and performance on site.
- Driving compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders, engineers and subcontractors.
- Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
We are interested in hearing from professionals who possess:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Experience as a Concrete Site Agent, Site Agent, Construction Manager, Senior Engineer.
- Proven experience delivering concrete works on civil engineering, infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete operations, sequencing, quality requirements and site coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
- Experience with a main contractor or civil engineering subcontractor.
- A full, clean Irish driving licence.
- Experience in industrial, roads, bridges, structures, marine works, aviation, utilities, earthworks or heavy civils projects is highly desirable.
