Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support & Collections Associate to assist with loan application assessments, customer communication, and arrears management. You will be fully trained by our management team, so while experience is beneficial, the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess incoming loan applications using our internal systems
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding application status
- Make outbound collection and arrears calls in a professional, empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts
- Follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with online systems
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in lending, finance, customer service, or collections is an advantage but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
