The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and relationship-focused Programme Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of leadership development programmes across Ireland. Working closely with colleagues, participants, partners and stakeholders, you will help ensure that our programmes are delivered to the highest standards and provide an exceptional participant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of leadership development programmes and events.
- Manage programme administration, logistics and communications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, speakers, partners and stakeholders.
- Support participant recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities.
- Coordinate programme schedules, materials and event arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting information.
- Support communications activity, including participant updates, social media content and impact stories.
- Assist with monitoring, evaluation and reporting requirements.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the organisation.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Is confident using digital systems and online collaboration tools.
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
- Shares our commitment to inclusive leadership and positive social impact.
Previous experience in programme coordination, event management, stakeholder engagement, administration or a related field would be advantageous.
