Deputy Retail Manager - Ballymount
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and customer-focused retail professional to join a successful and growing retail business as Deputy Retail Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong commercial performance and high operational standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the business

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
-
Drive exceptional customer service standards throughout the store

Support the achievement of sales, margin and profitability targets
-
Ensure excellent standards of merchandising, presentation and store appearance
-
Manage stock control, replenishment and inventory processes
-
Monitor and improve store KPI performance
-
Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new team members
-
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety and operational standards

Act as Store Manager in their absence
About You:
-
Previous experience in a retail management, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Commercially aware with a passion for delivering results

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience managing teams within a fast-paced retail environment

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead by example and motivate others

Ambitious and eager to progress within retail management
