Aptus Broadband is a fully Irish-owned national broadband provider based in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow. Since 2005 we've been connecting homes, businesses and farms, first on wireless, now on fibre through the National Broadband Programme.

The Role
You are the voice of Aptus. You'll handle inbound enquiries, work outbound through our CRM, support the wider sales team and ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and warmth Aptus is known for. No two days are the same, and no part of the customer journey is someone else's problem.
You'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound enquiries across phone, email and web chat, qualifying, advising and converting
- Working the CRM, re-engaging warm leads, lapsed prospects and unconverted enquiries
- Processing orders, contracts and upgrades accurately from day one
- Identifying upsell opportunities across residential and business customers including dual-WAN, failover and VoIP
- Supporting field sales with follow-up proposals and post-visit admin
- Keeping CRM records clean, current and complete every day
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales or customer service is essential; telecoms background is not. Retail, financial services, insurance or utilities all transfer well. What matters is that you're comfortable having a sales conversation and motivated by results.
Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is:

A full clean Irish driving licence is required.
