Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects across Dublin, they are now seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a large-scale residential development in North Dublin consisting of a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom apartment units.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery from construction through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will manage a large site team of up to 100 personnel, including direct employees and subcontractors, coordinating all site activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion.

Develop, manage and monitor project programmes to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure efficient project execution.

Oversee up to 100 direct and subcontracted personnel on site.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Monitor project budgets, control costs and identify opportunities for efficiencies.

Liaise with clients, design teams and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and cost impacts.

Review and manage technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure works are completed to programme and specification.

Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management.

Minimum 7 years' experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment.

Proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management and commercial controls.

Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractor packages.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Procore or similar platforms would be advantageous.

Salary of €75,000 - €90,000 depending on experience.
