MAIN DUTIES:
To ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Coffee Shop at all times.
To attend training sessions and meetings as required.
To be familiar with, implement and adhere to the operational standards of the following:
· Health & Safety
· Hygiene Standards
· Food Safety
· Security
· Customer Service
To provide the customers at all times with the highest level of customer care and personal attention by anticipating customer needs and initiate actions.
The Company promotes a high level of team awareness: - of being courteous to your colleagues and lending helping hand if needed. To ensure staff motivation and encourage a positive working environment.
To have a high level of product knowledge ensuring you are familiar with prices, menus/products, opening times etc. To understand fully and be able to describe accurately all items served in restaurant/on menus and know cost of same.
To ensure that the workstations are at a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. To ensure all areas are setup to achieve maximum sales this includes display area/ point of sale, signage and product assortment.
Ensure that the entire Coffee Shop both inside and outside is kept clean and tidy at all times and that cleaning schedules are adhered to.
Ensure that all checklists are completed.
Assist with Food Service and food service preparation.
Maintaining accurate requisitions and associated paperwork.
Pay: €14.15 per hour
