We are looking for a relief cook, cover for holidays, sickness etc
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as a Cook, preferably within a nursing home, healthcare or residential care setting
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
- Understanding of the nutritional needs of older people
- Experience preparing modified, fortified and special diets would be an advantage
- Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team
- Caring and respectful approach towards residents
- Good communication and organisational skills
