This role will involve co-ordinating with our team of kitchen porters to ensure that all cleaning is completed, organised and scheduled as per our business demands under the direction of the Head chef and Sous chef.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role.
Have a willingness to work hard and be actively involved in the business.
Have a good level of verbal and written English.
Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Is available to work flexible shifts including midweek and weekends.
Duties
To ensure the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene.
To carry out assigned and delegated tasks.
To assist and supervise deep cleaning.
To comply with delivery intake of produce.
To comply with all policies and procedures revelant to the job including those that incorporate health and safety, HACCP and waste mangement.
