Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we are looking to recruit experienced Basic and Advanced Scaffolders to join our team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, industrial and construction projects while being part of a professional and safety-focused team.
The Role
As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with industry standards and company procedures. You will work closely with supervisors and site management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret scaffold drawings and design specifications where required.
- Carry out pre-use inspections and report any defects or safety concerns.
- Ensure all work complies with current health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site organisation.
- Work effectively as part of a team while supporting colleagues on site.
- Load and unload scaffolding materials safely.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Represent Rockcastle professionally while working on client sites.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Basic or Advanced Scaffolder qualification.
- Previous experience working as a scaffolder on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Valid Safe Pass Card.
- Strong understanding of safe working practices.
- Ability to work at height safely and confidently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Desirable
- Advanced Scaffolder qualification.
- Full clean driving licence.
