The Role:
The Business Information Systems Manager will lead the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our business information systems and data services. You will partner with operations, IT and business stakeholders to ensure systems, processes and information flows support efficient delivery across projects and business functions. This role combines technical insight with strong stakeholder management to deliver reliable, secure and user-focused information solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of business information systems, including CRM, ERP, project reporting and field applications
Manage system administration, access controls, integrations and data quality standards
Work with operations and project teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions and deliver user training
Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytics to support performance monitoring and decision making
Oversee vendor relationships, system updates, testing and change management activities
Create, review and maintain documentation, procedures and system user guides
Ensure systems comply with information security, data protection and corporate governance policies
Provide second/third-line support for business systems, triaging issues and coordinating resolution with IT and suppliers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, automation and user adoption
Prepare and present regular project reports and updates for senior stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in business systems, information management or IT service delivery
Strong working knowledge of business applications (CRM/ERP), databases and reporting tools
Experience with integrations, APIs and data migration projects
Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement and delivering solutions in a team-oriented workplace
Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Teams; experience with Power BI, SQL or equivalent advantageous
Fluent English, written and spoken
