Stores Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Stores Assistant to support the efficient operation of the hotel. This role involves assisting with deliveries, stock distribution, minimum maintenance duties, across all hotel departments while providing operational support to the Concierge and Reception teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and distribute deliveries to relevant hotel departments.
- Maintain organised and accurate stock storage areas.
- Assist the Concierge team with special guest requests when required.
- Support Reception and Concierge by delivering guest luggage to rooms.
- Assist with the coordination and handling of luggage for tour groups and group arrivals/departures.
- Ensure safe manual handling practises are followed at all times.
- Work closely with all departments to maintain smooth day-to-day hotel operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold hotel standards when interacting with guests.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically capable of handling luggage and deliveries.
- Previous hotel, stores, porter, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Pay: €15.00 per hour
