Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and passionate 'IT Technician’ to join our team. The role will include maintaining our GPS tracking and camera servers, programming devices, trouble shooting faulty devices, monitoring our remote tacho downloading devices, Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly, Diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues and assisting with onsite installs as required, stock management, warehouse duties, plus any other general tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must be highly detail-oriented, focused, dependable, and trustworthy.
- A strong understanding of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking, and accessory equipment
- Knowledge of scripting
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new software programs with ease
- Some travel may be required.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Able to work on their own initiative and unsupervised
- Eager to learn and upskill on a ongoing basis
- Be practically minded
- Be able to think logically and clearly.
- Have self-discipline.
- Be safety conscious
- High quality of work to be done and have customer satisfaction in mind.
- Good record keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
