Salary: €60,938 -€69,730 per annum, depending on experience
Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation providing a wide range of health-related and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin.
We are seeking applications for the position of Social Care Manager to provide maternity leave cover in our Donnycarney Day Service. The Social Care Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the service. Working closely with the Area Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in line with the HSE New Directions Policy and Prosper Fingal's policies and standards.

CORU registration
-
A third-level qualification in Social Care or a related field

At least two years' relevant post-qualification experience in social care services

Demonstrated initiative and the ability to take on leadership responsibilities

A full, clean manual driving licence
